What's the difference between the Essentials, Signature, and Premiere packages?
Essentials covers the core shoot at a shorter session length with a smaller set of edited images. Signature extends the session time, adds outfit changes, and increases the number of final images. Premiere is our most comprehensive tier, with the longest session, additional locations where applicable, and the most edited images delivered, plus a physical print.
Do I need to book a specific location, or can we do it in-studio?
It depends on the category and tier. Family Portraits and Single Portraits Essentials and Signature packages are studio-based. Graduations and the Premiere tiers for Family and Single Portraits include the studio plus one or more additional locations. Events are typically shot at your venue of choice.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead for portrait and graduation sessions, and 3–4 weeks ahead for events, to make sure your preferred date and time are available. Last-minute requests are still welcome — just reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What's the turnaround time for edited photos?
Turnaround varies by package, generally ranging from 3–7 days for portraits and graduations to about a week for events. Higher tiers may include rush delivery or same-day previews. Exact delivery windows are listed with each package above.
What's included in Business Development services?
Business Development covers three main areas: social media management (content planning, posting, and growth strategy), website development — we specialize in Shopify and more, and inventory specialist support (product organization, listings, and inventory systems). Select "Business development" under the consultation tab to discuss your specific needs.
Can I request a custom package or combine services?
Yes. If none of our standard tiers quite fit what you need, use the "Request a consultation" tab to tell us what you're planning and we'll put together a custom quote.
Do you offer videography as well as photography?
Yes, videography is available for events and other sessions. Select "Videography" under the consultation tab to discuss scope, coverage, and pricing.
What's your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Reach out as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, and we'll work with you to find a new time. Specific policy details will be confirmed with your booking.
How do I confirm or make changes to my booking?
Once you submit a request, we'll follow up by text or email within 24–48 hours to confirm details. You can reply directly to that message with any changes, or reach us at jpgbodega@gmail.com.
